La Cubana

Glendale, CA

After emigrating from Cuba, Anacleto and Eneida Fernandez opened the first La Cubana location in Glendale in the early 1970s. Their daughter Maria, now runs La Cubana, which moved to a larger location in 1988. Customers still flock there for traditional Cuban flavor, including their famous Mojo de Ajo garlic marinade, which can be used to flavor meats, vegetables, salads and even serves as a dipping sauce for breads.
