Fall Pies and Tarts
5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Cinnamon, apples, pumpkin, and caramel…..ah, the wonderful flavors and aromas of fall baking. In this class, students will learn the lifetime skill of how to make a great crust, while preparing several modern versions of classic fall holiday pies and tarts. Students will take home one petite pie to share. Dinner will be served.
MENU: Pumpkin Streusel Tart; Pear and Cranberry Mini-Pies; Apple Galette with Caramel Sauce; and Chocolate Pecan Pie.
