Nothing rocks a cook’s confidence more than fish. This class is all about making fish-cooking accessible and fun. From shopping to cooking to serving, we’ll cover basic questions such as, How do I know if it’s fresh? How can I tell when it’s done? and How on earth do I navigate all those tiny bones?. Through simple but classic recipes you’ll learn the contrasting features of steaks and filets and the best techniques for cooking them.
