Harvest Bounty: Fall Super Stars

Nothing says fall like the colorful array of fresh vegetables from local farms. Join us for a delightful evening of learning about Fall super stars: apples, sweet potatoes and winter squash. We’ll explore various varieties of these favorites, how to select them, store and prepare them.
MENU: Butternut Squash & Apple Bisque with Spiced Pumpkin Seeds; Brined Pork Chops with Apples, Calvados Brandy, & Apple Cider; Rosemary and Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes; and Pumpkin-Bliss Profiteroles with Maple Caramel and Pecans.
