Spices Deconstructed: Dishes to Expand Your Palate
Give your taste buds a jumpstart! This tasting class will focus on how spices from different countries can turn three basic dishes into something flavorful and exciting. You’ll learn proper storage techniques, when to use dried or fresh spices, and how to make substitutions. Students will receive two spices to add to their collection.
