In a food processor, purée edamame until smooth; add lemon juice, sesame oil and salt and pepper. Purée until well blended. Set aside.
Cut the top off of each cherry tomato and carefully remove pulp to hollow out the inside with a small spoon. Transfer edamame hummus to a pastry bag (or zipper bag with a corner cut off). Squeeze hummus into cherry tomatoes and garnish with radish slices.
