Creamy Black Bean Dip with Jalapeño Potato Chips

Rich and creamy, here's a lime- and cilantro-spiked bean dip that pairs perfectly with our spicy, crunchy potato chips. Watch it disappear!
Ingredients
  • 1 (15.0-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (4.4-ounce) package Snøfrisk Fresh Spreadable Norwegian Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
  • 1 (5.0-ounce) package kettle-cooked jalapeño potato chips
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Method

In a food processor, puree beans, cheese, lime juice and zest until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl, stir in 3 tablespoons cilantro and scatter remaining 1 tablespoon over the top.

Serve with chips for dipping.
