Rosé and Stone Fruit Sangria

Make the most of stone fruit season with this irresistible sangria that’s as delicious as it is beautiful. A sprig of thyme makes a terrific garnish for the glasses.

Ingredients
- 1 (750.0-ml) bottle rosé wine, chilled
- 2 pluots or red plums, pitted and thinly sliced
- 2 nectarines or peaches, pitted and diced
- 1 1/2 cup lemon soda, chilled
- Ice cubes for serving
Method
Combine wine, pluots and nectarines in a large pitcher.
Stir with a wooden spoon, mashing fruit slightly.
Pour in lemon soda and stir.
To serve, fill glasses half full with ice and pour in sangria.
