Triple Mango Smoothie

Serves 4 to 6

In this simple yet stunning dessert, fresh, ripe mangoes combine with mango nectar and mango sorbet for a delightfully chilly dish. A terrific complement to your Asian meal or a sweet summertime snack all by itself.

  • 1 pint mango sorbet
  • 2 cups mango nectar
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
  • Lime slices (optional)

Thaw mango sorbet for 10 minutes to soften it a bit, then transfer to blender. Add mango nectar and mangoes and purée until smooth and thick. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint and lime and serve.
