OPA! A Greek Health Starts Here Dinner Club

The Dinner Club is a monthly happening but isn’t a class. You will get the dinner’s recipes, but the meal will be already prepared—all you have to do is enjoy it. I use organic ingredients where ever possible. Tonight’s menu is Moussaka, traditionally prepared with beef or lamb, as a Health Starts Here dish it is plant-strong and made with lentils and eggplant! Served with a horiatiki salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and olives. For dessert? A baklava-inspired baked stuffed apple. This vegan class is gluten-free, casein free and soy free.
