Q: What’s happening to Whole Body Benefits?
A: We appreciate our customers for participating in Whole Body Benefits, but we’re retiring this program so we can get to work on new perks! You can still use your Whole Body Benefits membership cards through May 1, 2018. Beginning May 2, 2018, discounts offered through Whole Body Benefits will no longer be active.
Q: Will I get a refund for my Whole Body Benefits subscription fees?
A: Refunds will be offered to qualifying customers. You can still use your Whole Body Benefits membership cards through May 1, 2018.
You may be eligible to receive a refund of your annual subscription fee if you meet all of the following requirements:
- Your Whole Body Benefits subscription expires on or after May 2, 2018.
- You’re able to provide proof of your purchase, through a physical card or a receipt.
- You request a refund of your Whole Body Benefits subscription fee on or before August 1, 2018.
Q: How do I request a refund of my Whole Body Benefits subscription fee?
A: Please visit a local participating store for a full refund of your membership fee. If you are unable to visit a participating location, please call 1-844-WFM-TALK or fill out this form to contact us online.
