So far, at least, I plan a dairy dinner for at least one night, potato latkes with home made applesauce, sweet noodle kugel, various fish, lox, herring, because that is all we can get down here. Bagels and pumpernickel and of course jelly donuts.

Koogle was great at Rosh Hashanah, i will look for it for Hanukkah. Thanks for the recipes. The BBQ brisket at Thanksgivingin Charlotte was the best!!!!
