  • Need a refund? All refunds are handled by the store where the item was purchased. Contact your local store.
    • Effective January 1, 2016, in the U.S. and Canada, all Whole Body department products require a receipt to obtain a refund, exchange or store credit. Whole Body items include, but are not limited to, bath and body care, cosmetics, supplements (e.g. vitamins, herbs, protein powders), clothing, housewares, toys, printed media and digital media.
