Amazon at Whole Foods Market

Please contact Amazon Customer Service for questions about your Prime membership, Prime Now, Amazon gift cards or using rewards on amazon.com.

  3. Shopping with Alexa. In cities where Prime Now delivery from Whole Foods Market is available, Prime members can find out about exclusive weekly deals and ask Alexa to add items to their Whole Foods Market cart. When you're ready to check out, go to the Prime Now app or primenow.com, review your grocery items and schedule a delivery. Find out if Prime Now is available in your city.

  4. Rewards points. You can earn 5% Back every time you shop at our stores with the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card and an eligible U.S. Prime membership. Cardmembers without an eligible Prime membership earn 3% Back on purchases made at our stores. Learn more including information for international customers.

There are three ways to take advantage of savings and deals:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Whole Foods Market app, sign in with your Amazon account, then scan the QR code in the app at the register.

  2. You can also access your QR code in the Amazon app. Launch the app and search “Whole Foods QR” and select the option “Scan your Whole Foods Market QR code.”

  3. Or provide the verified mobile phone number associated with your Amazon Prime account during checkout. You’ll need to verify your phone number either in the Whole Foods Market app or at amazon.com/primesavings to activate your savings at checkout.

Meals & Catering

If your order is scheduled for pickup within the next 48 hours, it’s too late to add items. However, our stores have extra sides and desserts on hand for last-minute additions. (Varieties offered in-store may differ from menu items.) Please call your local store if you’d like them to set something aside for you.

Pickup dates and times can be modified online up to 48 hours before your original scheduled pickup time. You will need your order number (found in your confirmation email), email address and billing zip code handy. Additionally, you can also add or remove items and change pickup locations up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time by calling our Customer Care team at 1-844-936-2428.

Orders can be canceled online up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. You will need your order number (found in your confirmation email), email address and billing zip code handy. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for orders canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date and time or for orders that are not picked up.

Reheating instructions are included with your order or you can get them by visiting our Meals & Catering site and selecting your local store. You can also give us a call at 1-844-WFM-TALK, and we will be happy to help.

All items in your order are refrigerated, so they are cold when you pick them up. However, reheating instructions are included. Many of our dishes can be reheated right in the packaging, while others may require a pot, pan or baking sheet.

Product Information

Go to products.wholefoodsmarket.com to learn about our food and beverage products. You'll find details like in-store prices, availability, nutrition facts, ingredients and more. You can also filter by dietary preferences (i.e., if it's gluten free, low sodium, etc.).

Allergens present in the ingredients of a 365 Everyday Value or Whole Foods Market brand product will be called out by their common or usual name on the label, as required by law. This includes calling out any common allergens that may be present in natural flavors or spices. We collect information from our vendors about those allergens present in the facility that have been identified and listed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

If an ingredient has not been designated as a common allergen by the FDA or CFIA, suppliers of our 365 Everyday Value or Whole Foods Market brand products are not required to let us know whether it is present in the facility. We recommend reviewing the product label for the most accurate information and speaking to your doctor about whether a product is appropriate for you or your family member.

If you have a question about offerings other than a 365 Everyday Value or Whole Foods Market brand product, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly. Due to the possibility of cross contact associated with bulk products (which are products sold in bins by the pound), prepared foods and baked goods, salad bars, hot bars and in-store eating venues, people with food-ingredient allergies should not consume these products.

You can check up-to-date information regarding class 1 recalls that affect Whole Foods Market stores in the U.S. For any other recall information, we recommend checking foodsafety.gov, which provides food safety and food recall information from both the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

All products making organic claims must be certified by a USDA-accredited certifier to the National Organic Program standards or to an equivalent organic standard (Canada, the European Union, Japan, Republic of Korea and Switzerland). To learn more, visit the USDA website.

You can check the balance on your gift card 3 ways:

  1. Online. Visit the Gift Cards section of our website. Then, under “Manage Your Gift Cards,” enter your card number and card PIN.

  3. In-store. Ask a team member at checkout for help or visit the customer service desk.

Sorry, no. Amazon gift cards are not accepted at Whole Foods Market stores.

Yes, both Whole Foods Market and Whole Foods Market 365 gift cards can be used at Whole Foods Market stores.

Sorry, no. Gift cards cannot be used for online purchases including catering and meals on wholefoodsmarket.com or grocery delivery through Prime Now and other third-party partners.

The total amount of all gift cards you order at one time cannot exceed $1,000.

Store Information

If you would like to return or exchange a product that you purchased in one of our stores, please go to your local store and visit their customer service desk. If you would like a refund for a product that was not to your satisfaction, call our Customer Care team at 1-844-WFM-TALK or complete the Contact Us form. You’ll need to have your receipt as proof of purchase for a refund. Please note that time limits may apply. In addition, refunds for beer, wine and liquor are frequently subject to state or local restrictions and can only be handled in stores. If you made your purchase through Amazon.com, contact Amazon’s Customer Care team. For purchases made through another third-party partner like Google or Shipt, please contact that business directly for help.

In many situations, yes. We offer a 10% discount on most complete, single-variety cases. However, 365 Everyday Value products, Three Wishes wines and products on sale are not eligible for the case discount due to their already low prices. Orders from Whole Foods Market on Prime Now are also not eligible for case discounts.

Sorry, no. As noted in our emails, advertisements and other promotional materials, we do not offer rain checks for out-of-stock products in our stores except in CT, MI and OH.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Whole Foods Market welcomes all Service Animals. Our “No Pets” policy does not apply to Service Animals.

To ensure adequate parking for our shoppers, there is a strict parking policy at many of our stores. If your car was booted or ticketed in our lot, we’re happy to see if our store can work with the parking company on a resolution. Mobile App

You can explore food products by store online. If you have questions regarding Whole Body products, in stock availability or prices at your local store, please contact the store directly. You can also find featured sale items on our app (and online).

You can sign into our app using your Amazon account. Click on the “Account” tab on the bottom of your mobile device’s screen, select the “Sign In” option and then enter the email address and password associated with your Amazon account.

For login or password assistance, please contact Amazon Customer Service.

You can create an Amazon account within the Whole Foods Market app by tapping “Sign in with Amazon” and then “Create an Account.” Or create an account on Amazon.com by hovering over “Account & Lists” then selecting “New to Amazon? Create your Amazon account.” As a reminder, an Amazon Prime account is required to receive Prime savings at Whole Foods Market stores.
