Grocery Delivery and Pickup

Amazon Prime members can place an order for delivery through Amazon at amazon.com/wholefoods or through the Whole Foods tab in the Amazon mobile app. Select your ZIP code, add items to your cart, then choose a delivery window and check out.

Orders for pick up are available in select areas, check to see if pick up is available in your area .

When you’re ready to place your order, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Amazon app or visit amazon.com/wholefoodsto start shopping.
  2. Be sure to select “Change to Pickup” and your preferred store in the banner at the top of your screen.
  3. After filling your Whole Foods Market cart, move to checkout and choose your preferred pickup time from the available options.

Go to www.amazon.com/wholefoods and sign up for an invitation to use Whole Foods Market depending on which service is available in your area.

Due to unprecedented demand and increased safety measures in our fulfillment centers and stores, we are temporarily asking Whole Foods Market customers who have not previously ordered delivery or pickup to sign up for an invitation. We’re increasing capacity each week and will invite more customers to shop.

We are working hard to identify ways to deliver groceries to more customers, like adding more delivery windows throughout the day, increasing hiring, expediting grocery pickup expansion and converting stores to be temporarily focused on fulfilling online grocery orders. For grocery delivery and pickup, we continue to be focused on providing an essential service to all customers and are working hard to identify ways to deliver groceries to more customers, like adding more delivery windows throughout the day, increasing hiring, expediting grocery pickup expansion and converting stores to be temporarily focused on fulfilling online grocery orders.

Amazon at Whole Foods Market

  1. Exclusive savings and deals. Prime members get special weekly deals, plus an extra 10% off hundreds of sale items throughout the store (excluding alcohol). Learn more.
  2. Free 2-hour grocery delivery. You can shop your savings and deals on Amazon.com/WholeFoods or the Amazon app and get free 2-hour delivery. Free 2-hour delivery is available in select ZIP codes. If delivery is not available near you, check back soon as we continue to expand to more cities.
  3. Shopping with Alexa. In cities eligible for delivery of Whole Foods Market groceries, Prime members can find out about exclusive weekly deals and ask Alexa to add items to their Whole Foods Market cart. When you're ready to check out, go to the Amazon app or Amazon.com/Wholefoods, review your grocery items and schedule a delivery.
  4. Rewards points. You can earn 5% Back every time you shop at our stores with the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card and an eligible U.S. Prime membership. Cardmembers without an eligible Prime membership earn 3% Back on purchases made at our stores. Learn more including information for international customers.

There are three ways to take advantage of savings and deals:

Go to products.wholefoodsmarket.com to learn about our food and beverage products. You'll find details like in-store prices, availability, nutrition facts, ingredients and more. You can also filter by dietary preferences (i.e., if it's gluten free, low sodium, etc.).

Allergens present in the ingredients of a 365 Everyday Value or Whole Foods Market brand product will be called out by their common or usual name on the label, as required by law. This includes calling out any common allergens that may be present in natural flavors or spices. We collect information from our vendors about those allergens present in the facility that have been identified and listed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

If an ingredient has not been designated as a common allergen by the FDA or CFIA, suppliers of our 365 Everyday Value or Whole Foods Market brand products are not required to let us know whether it is present in the facility. We recommend reviewing the product label for the most accurate information and speaking to your doctor about whether a product is appropriate for you or your family member.

If you have a question about offerings other than a 365 Everyday Value or Whole Foods Market brand product, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly. Due to the possibility of cross contact associated with bulk products (which are products sold in bins by the pound), prepared foods and baked goods, salad bars, hot bars and in-store eating venues, people with food-ingredient allergies should not consume these products.

Meals & Catering

Pickup dates and times can be modified online up to 48 hours before your original scheduled pickup time. You will need your order number (found in your confirmation email), email address and billing zip code handy. Additionally, you can also add or remove items and change pickup locations up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time by calling our Customer Care team at .

If your order is scheduled for pickup within the next 48 hours, it’s too late to add items. However, our stores have extra sides and desserts on hand for last-minute additions. (Varieties offered in-store may differ from menu items.) Please call your local store if you’d like them to set something aside for you.

Orders can be canceled online up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. You will need your order number (found in your confirmation email), email address and billing zip code handy. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for orders canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date and time or for orders that are not picked up.
