If your order is scheduled for pickup within the next 48 hours, it’s too late to add items. However, our stores have extra sides and desserts on hand for last-minute additions. (Varieties offered in-store may differ from menu items.) Please call your local store if you’d like them to set something aside for you.
Pickup dates and times can be modified online up to 48 hours before your original scheduled pickup time. You will need your order number (found in your confirmation email), email address and billing zip code handy. Additionally, you can also add or remove items and change pickup locations up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time by calling our Customer Care team at 1-844-936-2428.
Orders can be canceled online up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. You will need your order number (found in your confirmation email), email address and billing zip code handy. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for orders canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date and time or for orders that are not picked up.

Allergens present in the ingredients of a 365 Everyday Value or Whole Foods Market brand product will be called out by their common or usual name on the label, as required by law. This includes calling out any common allergens that may be present in natural flavors or spices. We collect information from our vendors about those allergens present in the facility that have been identified and listed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
If an ingredient has not been designated as a common allergen by the FDA or CFIA, suppliers of our 365 Everyday Value or Whole Foods Market brand products are not required to let us know whether it is present in the facility. We recommend reviewing the product label for the most accurate information and speaking to your doctor about whether a product is appropriate for you or your family member.
If you have a question about offerings other than a 365 Everyday Value or Whole Foods Market brand product, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly. If you would like to return or exchange a product that you purchased in one of our stores, please go to your local store and visit their customer service desk. You’ll need to have your receipt as proof of purchase for a refund. Please note that time limits may apply. In addition, refunds for beer, wine and liquor are frequently subject to state or local restrictions and can only be handled in stores. In many situations, yes. We offer a 10% discount on most complete, single-variety cases. However, 365 Everyday Value products, Three Wishes wines and products on sale are not eligible for the case discount due to their already low prices. Orders from Whole Foods Market on Prime Now are also not eligible for case discounts.

To ensure adequate parking for our shoppers, there is a strict parking policy at many of our stores.
