I love brussel sprouts this time of year. Either roasted in olive oil or served raw (my Whole Foods makes a great salad with brussel sprouts, raising, pine nuts, and red onions). For something warmer, I like this vegetarian soup. Throw in carrots, potatoes, eggplant...whatever you have/like! http://bread-n-chocolate.blogspot.com/2012/10/no-more-sore-throat-soup.html

I have had orechiette in my pantry for a while now and never know what to make with it. I will definitely be making the butternut squash, celery leaf and orechiette soon :) I love fall recipes, thanks for sharing- they all look delicious!

These look yummy! I am finishing off a pot of Chile i made with Quorn Chik'n Tenders. So delicious and no one ever knows its not real meat! I also make a roasted butternut and acorn squash. Cut in big chunks. Mix with melted butter, brown sugar, and pepper to off set the sweetness. Roast at 400 for about 45 minutes, stirring half way through.... yum!
