A hint of cayenne pepper added to chocolate confections, especially those with nutty or crunchy notes, can really expand the flavor profile and makes a unique treat!

This sounds amazing. I would love to see this and other chocolate bars with xylotol instead of sugar. Those of us who are trying to avoid eating a food supply for yeast and fungus growth in our bodies could eat chocolate again- yeah! I love chocolate and quinoa but can't find a chocolate bar with xylotol (a healthy alternative to sugar, and no calories, with proven health properties) only other sweetners that are not that good for you. Thank you!

These look yummy! I'd add dried tart cherries and sea salt to a dark chocolate bar... after I add a sticker to the label that says "Mine"!

This may not be too "nutty", but I'd add cranberries. They'd offer a bit of tartness to offset the chocolate. Yum!

Quinoa chocolate bars? What an interesting concept. I'd really like to try this. I'd probably dip it in peanut butter, maybe add some crushed nuts (like pecans, almonds or walnuts). Yummy!

Golden raisins would do it for me; or maybe some candied ginger; or maybe some cocoa nibs. The quinoa sound great thought. I will have to buy some.
