This dark chocolate quinoa bar sounds great! I've always loved dark chocolate and orange, but think other citrus fruits, lemon or lime, could be interesting, too. Or maybe with ginger?

This sounds super exciting! I have been making a lot of meals with quinoa the last few weeks. So far I have turned my husband, parents and a couple of friends on to it. They are now just as excited as I was, learning how to incorporate quinoa into our meals. With some new healthier changes my husband and I have made recently to our diet, he would be THRILLED to actually have quinoa in Chocolate!! :-)

I would love a healthy Reeses peanut butter knock off that is made with dark chocolate (higher than 75% cacao) and almond butter instead of peanut butter. Throw in some ground flax to make it higher in Omega 3s and we're really talking a healthy candy bar.

Quinoa and chocolate sounds awesome ! How about trying a different kind of chopped or whole nut in chocolate like hazelnut, brazil nut, pistachios, etc. ?

Now when you have a chocolate bar this good, why would you need to add anything? But, then I thought, anything you do add to this chocolate will taste fantastic! So, if orange is great with chocolate why not lemon or lime?

I am a vegetarian so this does not appeal to me, but my son LOVES chocolate covered bacon. So bacon bits (real, of course) added to chocolate would be his number one choice! I might try Fakin' Bacon mixed with chocolate!

Chocolate is my choice for sweets. I like nuts too, so maybe cashews and a touch of coconut.
