I lived in the Bolivian Andes for almost ten years and quinoa was a regular part of ;my diet then and still is today. I really love nuts and especially chocolate covered ones. Therefore, I would add walnuts or almonds to this quinoa bars.

I would like to see more agave nector in chocolate bars, and I would also put raw sesame seeds in a Chocolate bar. May sound crazy , but sesame seeds would add a unique type of ''nutty'' flavor. They have a flavor all their own, that would make a great tasting candy bar! I haven't tried it, but I often head to the kitchen and get a spoonful of raw sesame seeds and munch away.

Bananas and dark chocolate go together so well, and yet I've never seen a dark chocolate bar with banana chips. Maybe they get soggy? Or how about flecks of real cinnamon?

True I haven't tried it yet, but my question is: How do you go about entering a contest to win a case? E-mail me back with the answer please. I don't go to this web site often. I have an idea that would be good with that dark chocolate: Macademna nuts and white chocolate

I would definitely add sea salt! As I cook with Quinoa a lot, I always add sea salt, along with garlic powder to the quinoa. Hmmm, wonder what garlic would taste like with chocolate?

I love the taste of smooth rich chocolate and the aroma and zip of cinnamon so I'd add that spice to a superb chocolate bar.

Because my son is deathly allergic to peanuts and tree nuts (and almost all chocolates have them or traces of them), I would have Alter Eco make a special batch of nut-free chocolate and put IM Healthy creamy soynut butter in it , similar to the Reese's Giant Bar :)
