The Blush of Spring in Your Kitchen

By Megan Myers, February 25, 2014  |  Meet the Blogger  |  More Posts by Megan Myers

The blush of spring is ready for us. Pink’s cheerful glow peeks out from unexpected places, including your kitchen.

Thinking pink when you cook means drawing creativity from the humble beet, the ravishing raspberry, and the unassuming rhubarb. It means adding brightness to help bridge the gap from the long, grey winter into brighter skies and longer days ahead.

Find perfectly pink inspiration in these recipes.

Please do not advertise products (in your recipes) that are not stocked in my local store! I am making the Tequila Lime Salmon tonight and discovered that my local store (Old Town, Alexandria, VA) does not have (and hasn't even heard of) 365 Everyday Value Tequila Lime Salsa. I will make do without and wonder what it would have tasted like with the key ingredient.

@STEVE - My sincere apologies about this. The salsa has been discontinued and I have notified the recipe team to remove this recommendation from the recipe. Thanks for letting us know!
