Pasta salad with the veggie noodles and fruit salad with so many varieties of fruits that are in season and American grown!

the Salmon on roasted veggies sounds divine!! I'm a tad surprised that mosts meals have a flesh protein and - Ooh lah lah - bbq, potato cheese soup, biscuits, ham..... ??? I know you're trying to appeal to the Southern market but I'd love to see a little more health conscious evolution in my homeland!!! THanks for your consideration
