I make my own vegan creamy kale sauce that I usually toss with angel hair pasta until all of the pasta is nice and coated. It's rich, delicious, and surprisingly healthy.

Our very favorite topping for pasta is sautéed broccoli rabb with lots of garlic, peperoncino and I add a can of cannelloni beans to the pot. Top with a ladle full of the cooked pasta water and it makes the most delicious sauce over penne.

I have recently discovered Wayfare vegan, gluten free cheese. It is great on any kind of gluten free pasta. It melts great.

Vodka sauce is always good. I've had the Cucina Antica Tuscany Pumpkin sauce and really enjoyed it. Butter with sage, tarragon, basil or rosemary is always a nice choice, too.

My favorite non-traditional sauce was a sweet cream white sauce with aromatic spices like cinnamon and allspice served on top of ravioli made with a sweet butternut squash filling. It was almost more like dessert, but a great savory when served in a small amount with a turkey dinner.

Sauteed Spinach, Portobello Mushrooms, Button Mushrooms, olive oil (or butter depending on if I feel naughty), and lots and lots of garlic. Works well over everything from spaghetti to gnochi to gnudi.

I love to make a whole wheat pasta and make a sauce out of roasted zuchinni, onions, lemon, pepper, and olive oil. It ends up slightly tangy, with a unique, light texture and a beautiful shimmer.

My favorite is Oh She Glow's Creamy Avocado Sauce - it's quick, nutritious, and most importantly: DELICIOUS! And I put this stuff over anything... spaghetti squash... whole wheat noodles... salads.... veggies... the possibilities are endless!

I love flavors and am willing to try any sauce that is Gluten Free. My favorite is anything with mushroom and spice which can be added to this sauce. Can't wait to try this over Spaghetti Squash!
