What, other than eating it right out of the jar with a spoon? I'd put it on EVERYTHING...toast, fruit, crackers, tortillas, my tongue...

I make a healthy and delicious power bar, with many seeds, grains and dried fruits in which I'm currently substituting peanut butter for almond butter. I'd love to prepare it with the real thing.

I LOVE almond butter. I don't really make anything with it as it goes to fast, I just enjoy it. My favorite way is to eat it on taro chips. It is so much better tasting than peanut butter and so much better for you. I do ocassionally mix a little honey or maple syrup with it and put it in pita bread, but like I said, a spoon and I'm good eating it out of the jar.

The first thing I would make would be a delicious raw kale salad with almond butter dressing. I would also make a smoothie with almond butter, almond milk, and bananas I would then make a batch of almond oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!.

I would make dark chocolate almond butter cups using fair trade 56% dark chocolate melted with coconut oil and poured into candy molds filled with a dollop of whipped almond butter. Sinfully delicious treats done the healthy way!
