I've been making my own "Rip's Big Bowl" ever since I read the Engine 2 Diet last May. In that period of time, following the recipes, I've lost 25 lbs, returning myself to a normal BMI and feeling great. I would love to try this product and see how it compares with my homemade version!

This stuff is incredible...particularly with some cut-up banana and blueberries mixed in and honey drizzled over the top. Just saying. My wife and I have ventured into this lifestyle the last few months and are now breaking fully into living it out. Some really awesome changes thus far!

I have been vegetarian almost all of my adult life, and have been vegan for a year. My resolution for '13 is to make better choices on the food I eat. It is difficult to eat the ideal food all the time, but there is always room to make a better choice. I can't wait to try the cereal and other products!

For the new year I am going to be incorporating more fruits, veggies, whole grains and beans. I recently also started juicing. I love it! It gives me energy to start my day with a big glass of healthy green juice!

I credit Rip and his father, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn with saving my life! I know that this sounds dramatic, but I had been toying with a cholesterol in the high 200's/low 300's for some 25 years. I also had a few heart-related incidents. I wrongly attributed it to bad family genes, when all along it was what I put into my mouth! When my doctor wanted to start me on a statin, I refused and embraced a plant-based, whole food, no oil diet. My husband did too, and we are proud to say that our total cholesterols are 166 & 135! (I'm still a little mad that his is LOWER, but I'll get over it! LOL!!) A very sincere thanks to the Esselstyn family! :)

My parents both have diabetes. I lost my father a few years ago due to complications of heart disease and diabetes which could have been easily prevented. My sister and I were devastated. Currently, my mother suffers from diabetes and is a cancer survivor. She has to watch what she eats, and do her walks daily because her blood suger is often high. I purchased the book, The Engine Two Diet, and am implementing alot of the recipes into my diet. Still learning some of the recipes. I've been introduced to Kale as a new vegetable, and have eaten it raw, and making juices. I go to Whole Foods for the Kale. Its $2.50 each. I recently saw that they carry vegan cheese, which I will try soon. Basically, I still want to lose another 40 pounds, and I hope that the cereal would help. Its been challenging as I am a meat eater. I've reduced my meat intake, but not entirely. Still working on it. However, I have replaced milk with Almond and Rice milk. I now eat oatmeal and raisins for breakfast. I've watched Fork over Knives twice, and told my friends and coworkers about it. I now increase my vegetables intake, and I make it the majority rather than the minority. I've wished for Rip to come visit us in San Jose, CA.

Had been plant strong (and loving my Rip's bowl for a hearty start to the day ...But, with the holidays and semester break I hate to say I fell off the healthy path I was on ... It is amazing how in such a short time some of the old problems crept back into my life ... I WILL start off 2013 making better choices and would love to try E2's version of Rip's Big Bowl ... also excited to try the hummus too!

I bought the Engine 2 Diet book when it first came out and have been making my own version of Rip's Big Bowl since I first got the book. I have fooled around with a semi-vegetarian diet for a long time and am finally ready to go all the way with a full on plant strong diet in 2013!

I saw the film Forks over Knives. Saw the follow-up movie, Engine 2 rescue diet. More than any other point in the argument of why I should leave meat and dairy behind is the data. The diet will lower my cholesterol and probably stop any future diabetes in its tracks. I have always been committed to dairy. I would happily give up meat forever but don't take my dairy. So, I bought soy milk and threw out the butter. The diet calls for no oil except what is in avocado and other vegetables, fruits, and nuts. We shall see. No meat? Thats fine. No dairy? Now that is a challenge sir.

I would love to try your products! I followed the Engine2 diet for one month about a year ago and felt fantastic, but slipped back into my old eating habits. I am starting back on saturday with the additional help of the Happy Herbivore meal plans.

I've been plant-strong since this summer, but what I'd love is to get my four year old son off of meat completely and drastically cut back on all sweets for our entire family.

I am eating more nutrient dense foods. I'm not vegan, but I do eat mostly plant based foods and I feel great. I would love to try Rip's Big Bowl and see how it will fit in to my life. I've not seen the product in Canada and would love to be one of the 1st to taste it. Thanks and happy new year!

Keep going on the Engine 2 diet. I really lowered my meat intake. Since we went off dairy my wife's exzima has cleared up on her hand and has been slowly healing on her food.

Starting off the New Year with the 28 Day Challenge. My husband and I are trying to incorporate more plants into our diet. We figured what better way to do it than to go at it full bore once 2013 rolled around. My 21 year old son is all about the Engine 2 Diet, and eats a plant based diet while away at school. While we never did it at home, this new diet will give us a chance to all eat together and eat the same great tasting food. Since my son loves to cook, has been teaching us how to make Big Bowls, and other plant-strong meals since we started. We also bought the Engine 2 book so we could continure cooking once he left. We already have a couple friends and relatives on board with our new diet. I am excited to diversify my diet and incorporate more healthy, plant based meals!

I am switching to a plant strong diet. So far so good. I'm making smaller changes for the family, because I don't want a revolt on my hands. :)

I have been a Rip Esselstyn (and Caldwell for that matter) fan right from the get go. Engine 2 Diet (the book and the products) really help folks adopt a plant strong diet - I have gotten 2 people on my team in the last year to adopt more plants into their diet (one is completely plant strong now) with Forks Over Knives and Engine 2 Diet book! And the new E2 Cereal line is awesome!
