My wife and I are working hard to completely change our way of eating and life in general. We are overweight and like most stuck on the western diet. We are working on portion control now and then if a week we will start new foods. Any help would be great. I have been mixing my own Rip's big bowl for a while and a premixed and ready case of cereal would be awesome for us. Thank you for a chance to win and please keep us the good work for us that need it. Scott

Three family members, including myself, have become vegans because of Forks Over Knives. It has been over a year since we made the change. Being a vegan means u have to try new things. I would love to try out Rip's new cereal and anything else Engine 2 comes out with. We think he is amazing!

I definitely want to incorporate kale into my diet more. I have been adding it to a few soup recipes, but need to start putting it into salads and in other recipes.

I'm trying to completely eliminate added oils from my diet. While I am a four month Engine 2'er, I can always improve. I've managed to sneak some oil - but no more!

I've been trying to go plant strong for almost two years now and most days I'm very good at it! I get inspiration from Engine 2, FOK and Happy Herbivore books. Rip's cereal would be a great way to start the day...

Plant based since watching Forks over Knives on December 28th 2011...that is 373 days! Never even considered doing this 374 days ago. I have a big bowl every morning. Whole wheat squares with almonds, uncooked whole oats, raisins, bananas and soy milk. Keeps me going all morning and I can easily pass up all the treats in the breakroom. Thanks Forks over Knives and Engine 2

Last year I began my health journey (not another DIET!) I began feeling great almost immediately just by eliminating processed foods. The ultimate challenge for me was giving up my daily Diet Pepsi. Sad truth here was it wasn't one Diet Pepsi a day, sometimes I had up to 4 cans a day! Funny how we as a society are lead to believe that "diet" is better for us! The real truth is once I gave up the diet, low fat and fat free foods I felt better AND lost weight! WOW, amazing news bulletin for our society!! This past Christmas proved a challenge for me with all the parties, foods and sweets, but I survived much better than years past with only a few weak moments. Now that 2013 is here it is time to refocus and reenergize! I am so excited about my new life style and would love to share my excitement with others. I think I could do that with a case of Rip's Big Bowl cereal! Thanks for all you do to promote a healthy lifestyle! Love you! Gail

After watching Forks Over Knives on Netflix I started a plant-based diet on Feb. 20, 2012. Since starting the diet I have lost 45 pounds, my cholesterol is down, and I am now off blood pressure medication after being on it for 15 years. I feel great and I am currently training to do an olympic distance triathlon. My goal for 2013 is to lose another 30 pounds by following a plant-based diet and for the first time in my adult life to be at a normal weight. I am 50 years old.

I'm a single mom of a 4 yr old who is also in school full-time. Suffered from lupus, chrons, high blood pressure, migraines and switched to a plant based diet in October and am feeling better and off most of my meds, I am planning on collecting some cookbooks in the New Year so I can help my son be plant based also and learn how to fuel my body for a triathlon which I want to complete in 2013!!!

Well, I started the Engine 2, 28 day challenge, the first of August 2012 because I needed to lose weight and I really needed to get my cholestrol lower and all the good stuff higher. I had my yearly physical in November (after Thanksgiving) which showed a substantial lowering of the bad and rise of the good, plus a 17 lb weight loss!!! I was 'over-the-moon' and my doctor was thrilled! Obviously the 28 day challenge has turned into a total lifestyle change. I have given up animal products, dairy and most fats, am very much plant strong and I LOVE finding, making, enjoying and sharing new, wonderful plant strong recipes! I could not be happier about this life changing experience that I just happened upon thru Facebook and I look forward to seeing all the changes this next 12 months will bring! I truly owe all of this to you Rip and Engine 2! Because you make it so simple, easy and delicious, there simply is no reason for not taking the challenge! You guys ROCK!!! Thank you so much!!!
