Our household has been fans of Engine 2 since December of 2011! Last year (2012) we went mostly plant based and completely eliminated meat and dairy milk from our house. This year our goal is to eliminate cheese and yogurt (so hard to do with two little ones)! Would love to win this!

I have been eating Plant Strong since I attended the Get Healthy Marshall Immersion Program a year and a half ago. It was a life-changing weekend for me and my daughter. I have lost weight and got off my meds, and I have never felt better. At the Immersion I was served the "Rips Big Bowl" and I think it is so delicious that I have been eating it every day since. No kidding, every day! For this new year I plan to make time for more exercise and adding a lot more healthy grains such as quinoa, and millet.

Six months ago I gave birth to a beautiful, healthy little gir! Since making the choice to breastfeed her, I feel strongly about returning to a plant-based diet. I am even more optimistic about achieving this goal after finding this website!

I am 76 and caring for an invalid husband. Recently I started the "plant strong" way of eating. Keeping strong and healthy is really necessary for me to give the care needed. Who says that old saying of cant teach an old dog new tricks!

Because of Rip and Dr. Esselstyn, my family and I have made a change from vegetarian to a strictly plant-strong diet. Our family of 7 ranges from age 7 to age 44, and we are all benefitting from the change with increased energy, better sleep and clearer skin. We would love a case of Rip's new Big Bowl cereal to help us keep us the good work!

I've been meat free and mostly dairy free for over a month. My new goals are to kick dairy sugar and fat to the curb, complete E2 28 dy challenge by march, and become addicted to greens.

I am going to try and get off my high blood pressure medicine this year. I am planning on incorporating more fruits and vegetables into my diet with the hopes of going to totally plant based by the middle of the year.

We've been eating Plant Strong for 25 years. Our daughter completed the grueling Penticton Ironman Canada last summer. I'm hoping your products are also being carried by my nearest Whole Foods Markets in Vancouver BC, Canada. Next time I am in the city, I plan to look-see!

I just became aware of the Engine 2 program this week. I have been living in Sweden for over the last 5 years. When I was in Wholefoods I noticed the banner for the 28 day challenge . I was intrigued and I googled the Website. Great info and I loved the recipes. I have been eating plant based for the past few days and transitioning to eating a more plant based diet.

My husband and I have benn eating a plant based diet since Memorial Day of 2011, and would never go back. It gets easier the longer you stick with it, and there is so much support and information available online and through programs such as this. The Esselstyn family has changed our lives and we are so grateful for all they have done.

I went plant-strong this year after seeing Forks Over Knives. I have Dr. Esselstyn's book plus the Engine 2 book. I live alone so it's easy for me. My problem is when I eat with other people. I want to eat what they are eating and not make a fuss if I'm at someone's house, When we go out, I have difficulty getting what I want in a restaurant. I usually just go vegetarian but don't even try for fat free or sugar free. They just don't get it. I have felt ridiculed by restaurants. Once everyone at a big conference luncheon was eating a sumptuous seafood meal. I got a plate of steamed zucchini, two slices of steamed carrot, and two very small yellow potatoes, steamed. I had to pay the same price as everyone else. It felt like a definite put down. Restaurants are in dire need of education on nutrition!
