I don't plan to make any dietary changes for 2013 - I make from scratch most of what I eat and have a pretty healthy diet. Vegetarian 96% of the time - I think that is also called flexitarian LOL. Love cheese and eggs too much to become vegan. Frequently have cereal for dinner and add lots of different kinds of fresh and dried fruits and nuts. Love the Kale tee shirt - I'm known in my cooking circle as the Kale Queen - massaged, raw or cooked - I'm hooked and have been for years. Happy New Year.

I will be exercising 4-5 times a week for a least 30 minutes. Also limiting computer time which will help me to be less stationary.

Giving up meat & dairy were the two best things I've done for myself in years. It's been over a year & a half since I made these changes & I am over 30 pounds lighter. I have had short periods of backsliding, but always come back to a plant-strong eating plan & as long as I stick to it I feel terrific.

We're trying six weeks of a gluten-free and vegan (from vegetarian) lifestyle in an effort to further improve our health. We've read about Rip and we'd love to try some of these products.

My family and I went over the plant-based side of life last Thanksgiving. I had watched Forks Over Knives in August, then asked my husband to watch it. It set the ball rolling for us to clear out the pantry and freezer of all animal products and live the rest of our lives heart disease free. Next to getting married and having kids, it's the best decision my husband and I have ever made. We have both lost 25 pounds each and WE FEEL GREAT!! No one can convince us to ever go back to eating the way we were brought up. I have Rip's book, his daddy's book, and many others in the same circle of plant eaters. It's so exciting to see Rip's line of foods. I'm looking forward to trying them out and sharing them with the readers on my food blog, SimpleDailyRecipes.com. I've been blogging for 5 1/2 years and have built an audience of butter lovin' meat eaters, like I was last year. My goal for 2013 is much the same as Rip's mission. I want to help folks to step away from the fats and animal foods, and start eating plants to improve their state of health and feel good again.

I have followed many of Rip's recipes with the help of Whole Foods but have been waiting so long for this and other Engine 2 diet prepared foods! I plan to reduce my family's sugar and fat intake this new year by purchasing and making available only healthy choices in our home. My children-all teens-have access to enough junk while at school, work, or out with friends so I certainly don't need it at home too!

This new year I want to eat healthier by incorporating more leafy vegetables like Swiss chard and Kale to my diet. I also intend to add more bean recipes to my meals.

Been plant strong since May of 2012 since but have wavered a few times with seafood. Am planning to be more strong in 2013 & to eliminate more dairy from my kids' meals.

I am going to start walking more and am going to cut way back on flour (bread, etc.) I will continue to eat fresh vegetables and if they are not available, I will eat the frozen ones. I definitely will be fixing more beans this year and less meat.

In the new year, I am planning to go to sleep significantly earlier so I can rise significantly earlier and get a significantly earlier start to my day ... which will give me plenty of time to savor delicious Engine 2 Rip’s Big Bowl Original cereal.

This year I want to work to be less afraid to eat fats (almonds, avocado, coconut) and healthy carbs (sweet potato, non- gluten grain). I also will work towards finding more plant alternatives to always eating meat for protein. I want to abandon the winter apathy that has come over me and get back to running again! I have never tried Rip's products, but would very much appreciate a chance to, for I'm sure I would love them!

I plan to look hard for non-GMO ingredients. Apparently that is what may be causing my constant bloat. Sure will be great to find a cure.

I'm going to work on eating less sugar - for example, just have a small square of dark chocolate after dinner rather than a bowl of ice cream!
