To make my orzo salad, I first boil my orzo in Imagine Free Range Chicken Broth to give it more flavor. Then, I add diced red onion, diced bell peppers, garbanzo beans, cilantro, crumbled feta, and red wine vinaigrette. Yum!

We use broth in everything! We like to make our own and store it in ice cubes but sometimes it's nice to have a quick healthy broth around. We make chicken soup, sautéed veggies, sweet potato mashers and slow cooked chicken in a crockpot. We would love to win and would come up with tons of new recipes! Good luck!

I use Organic Free-Range Chicken Broth to make refried beans (healthy alternative way) as well as cook chicken in for my husband. In addition it is a staple to have in the house during the winter months in case you get a tickle in your throat.

With a case of broth, we would be set for soups for the winter! I use either Imagine Organic Free Range Chicken Broth and Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth (depending on my mood) to make 2 easy family favorites - spinach and mint soup (my son's favorite, using a recipe I found on epicurious) and corn egg drop soup (my husband's favorite!).
