I think there are quite a few things I could make for my family with a case of Organic Chicken Broth, but the first is my favorite, Italian Wedding Soup. I make a big pot and use ground grass fed beef, veal, and pork also from Whole Foods. I divide it up and make sure all my friend's and especially some shut in's I know get some. They all love it.

I have never used Imagine Organic Broth. I am trying to serve healthier meals to my family and I would like to win a case to use for a healthier Thanksgiving meal.

Being a Vegie household, soups in the vita mix is the priority. My speciality is a carrot/dill soup for thanks giving along with caraway bread and this brings out the Irish in all of us.

It is a tradition to make carrot soup on Thanksgiving. I have switched to Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth and no one has noticed. It is great to be able to please vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

I would make all sorts of things. I use chicken stock on a daily basis. For the cooler months, I'm thinking creamy butternut squash soup, comforting chicken noodle soup, and used instead of water to cook my quinoa and brown rice in!

Veggie soup with tofu! Carrots, turnups, mushrooms, garlic, onion, broccoli, squash, chick peas and tofu in a veggie based broth... Yummy!

Dawn says …

I will be using my broth for a wonderful southern cornbread dressing on Thanksgiving. After that day, it's off to the wonderful world of soups! And we all know the basis for a good soup is it's broth. With Imagine I get a great product everytime!

Brenda Hafer says …

I love using organic chicken broth in my recipes! I use it instead of water when cooking rice for a nice flavor boost, my (almost) famous cold-kicker chicken soup which is taken up a couple notches by the addition of ginger, cinnamon and fresh lemon juice. I will also use it in my Thanksgiving stuffing. Gosh there are so many wonderful uses for organic chicken broth!

Jane Turner says …

This is as close to homemade chicken broth as you can buy. I love buying it and would love to win! I use chicken broth in so many things. What a great prize! I hope I am lucky enough.

It always seems like every recipe calls for broth but I never have it around! We would be stocked for the entire holiday season, ha! On Christmas eve, we have a wonderful and hearty stew that this broth would for sure be used in.

Rebecca Wright says …

I would make soups (chicken, veggie, potato, and so many more), book some brown basmati rice, dressing, mashed potatoes, and gravy, and who knows what else my mind will come up with!

You are asking me to narrow down what recipes I use organic broth....can't narrow down, to many to name. If a recipe calls for broth it is going to be without question organic chicken or vegetable broth. Since using organic broth I haven't or dared to use anything else. However, one of my favorite ways to use the broth is steaming broccoli. The broth gives it a good taste whereas before it was hard for me to eat my broccoli....now it is yummy. My pantry is always stocked, if I get low I panick, seriously. So that is my story and I am sticking to it.

Melissa says …

Stock for everything, soup, dressing, braising, sautéing. Unending goodness

Adrienne says …

Stuffing and soup the day after

Amy says …

I would make various soups and stews. Would love to win this!

Karen Graber says …

I'll use Imagine Organic Free Range Chicken Broth as a base for gravies, and as a substiture for part of the milk or cream in cream sauces. I'll use it instead of water in rice dishes, especially pilafs and my Mexican rice specialties. I'll use it instead of water in many other savory dishes and soup bases.

Matthew says …

I plan to use the organic chicken broth in making tri-color quinoa with roasted garlic, sliced shallots, and with dried porcini mushrooms. This will be the side dish to baked air chilled chicken.

Ana Figueredo says …

I use Imagine broth almost daily! Some of the recipes we'll be enjoying in the next week+ include: cornbread dressing, risotto, turkey biscuit pie, and salsa corn chowder. Yummy!

dawn varquez-paulk says …

For thanksgiving I would use it to make gravy and stuffing and maybe even in some of the veggies. I use chicken broth in so many recipe just about everyday. It adds so much flavor to everything. A case of it would definitely come in handy.

Lisa says …

This broth is so versatile, and it can be used in so many of my recipes. I make soup on a weekly basis, so it could be used in my chicken noodle soup, chicken and rice soup, sausage/escarole soup, and minestrone soup. I can also add it to many of my crockpot recipes, such as roast with veggies. I love the fact that it doesn't have nasty ingredients that are simply not needed. If a company makes a true, natural broth using quality ingredients, there is no need for all the icky stuff to make it taste good :-)

Garlic mashed potatos are extra creamy when using Imagine Organic Chicken Broth, Yukon gold potatoes and a touch of olive oil: just the right garlic infusion for a tasty, easy side dish!! I place potatoes and garlic in a steamer basket over a large covered pot of boiling water until the potatoes are knife-tender, 12 to 15 minutes. I warm up the chicken broth, remove the steamer basket and drain the water, transfer potatoes and garlic to the pot, add oil, salt, pepper, and broth and mash until smooth. Yummy!!

Anna Cazares says …

Brining my turkey Soups Corn bread Beans / lentils

Joyce says …

Low sodium broth goes great with everything you listed plus I like to cook my potatoes in it. It makes great mashed potatoes.

Natalia says …

Homemade chicken soup and who knows what else in the crock pot!

Anne says …

For fighting colds and congestion, we heat broth and drink frequently, sometimes adding fresh garlic! Otherwise, vegetable and chicken broths are the liquid backbone of most of my homemade soups. Imagine's organic soups allow me to feel good about what I'm cooking whether I'm preparing a three-course meal or a mug of broth!

Karl Jung says …

The broth will be used in the brine for the bird, as well as my sausage stuffing. Maybe a (big) splash in the smashed 'taters, and a smaller splash in the green bean casserole...

Maresa says …

would love to make some lentil soup, white chicken chili, and risotto!

carole Kuhlmeier says …

I use this broth in all receipes that require any type of flavorful water or broth...this much better than using plain water. I especially use this in my sausage & apple stuffing, which I bake outside of the turkey. Thanks.

star says …

I use broth for just about everything. It's great for making couscous and for thickening a pan sauce to have with steak or chicken. It's also great to heat up and just have as a soup with some pastina.

Scott Selby says …

Will be spending the holiday with a loved one in the hospital, but if I were cooking, the traditional meal at our house includes green beans with bacon and morels (beans and morels simmered in broth) & braised fall vegetables (broth, of course) - carrots, onion, daikon, acorn squash, yam, celeriac, parsnip, turnip, potatoes, & kohlrabi (YUM!)

Jerilyn Gluck says …

Bertie says …

I love it no added MSG Free Range Chicken Broth.....Way to go.

Valerie McIntyre says …

I will use Imagine Organic Free Range Chicken Broth in lots or recipes. It makes a good substitute for oils as well as adding wonderful flavor to stuffing, rice dishes, potatoes, gravies, vegetables, etc., etc. I make home made soups as well that the broth is perfect for. I would be very grateful to receive a case of Imagine Chicken broth.

Andrea says …

We are dairy free so I use this to make awesome stuffing and mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving, and afterwards for the best turkey noodle soup ever!

Irene Gramer says …

I use chicken broth in place of heavy cream to make a lighter "cream of broccoli" soup. Into a roux of butter and flour, I add the broth, seasonings, bring to a simmer, and then add broccoli chopped. 2% milk or low-fat cheese can be added for more substance.

Mary says …

Mmmm, some soups I would make with a case of Imagine Organic Broth would be fresh vegetable barley, Italian sausage soup, basic chicken soup, Kale soup, lentil.....

sigfrido says …
