We'd make old school mushroom risotto, chicken noodle soup, tortilla soup, rice, vegetable soup. There are endless comfort foods that can be made with chicken or vegetable broth!! Enjoy it!!

I love Imagine Organic Broths, and use them all the time! My uses range from simple jazzed-up rice or quinoa to homemade soups and chili. I also use them in slow-cooker meals, as well as stir fried meals and sauces. My favorite recipes are Red Lentil Soup, and Slow Cooker Chicken Chili. I would love to win!

I would make quinoa stuffed peppers with diced zucchini, squash, peppers, mushrooms, and ground chicken. Cooking the quinoa in the chicken broth really carries the flavors through.

I'd use the broth for making 3 large crock pots of soup. We have a Valentines Party for approx 50 girls ages 18-25 yrs who are students in a gap/leadership school. I always make 3 different soups. Always one is my favorite, a Greek type avoglemeno, chicken broth, lemon juice, orzo, chicken, garlic, chives and green onion. Serve with Parmesan.

I will most certainly use Imagine chicken broth to moisten my traditional sage bread stuffing. I also would like to serve a creamy artichoke and cannelini bean soup with Imagine as the base, for Thanksgiving. For quick weeknight dinners, Imagine adds solid, flavor foundations to all sorts of soups and vegetable stews. Braised and roasted vegetables benefit from a dousing with the broth that then combine with the vegetable juices to create a rich sauce. So many, many uses.

So much food goodness with a case of chicken broth. My husband does most of the cooking, but we use the broth in soups, mashed cauliflower, potatoes, or squash, stuffings made with bread or grains, and much more with a whole case!

We cannot live without chicken broth in my family. We use it in just about everything, from sautéed veggies, sauces, chicken noodle, and various Asian noodle soups. Of course it will be in most of the dishes for this Thanksgiving. It is a stable in our family! The case of broth will definitely be put to good use.
