If I got the case I would get to work on marinating vegetables for shepards pie and lots soup of course. Also i am a mass cooker and the chicken broth would go great for mass cooking chicken breast for the week.

A large pot of soup, chicken and dumplings, rice dishes such as a risotto. start a gravy and then add the drippings to make a nice chicken and gravy with mashed potatoes and stuffing (husband would love this one) also good to use with vegetables to add more depth of flavor.

I love Imagine Organic Soups and the Broth. I will use it to make our family's favorite soup: curry butternut squash. For Thanksgiving I use it instead of butter or milk to flavor our mashed potatos. I add it to couscous for flavor without the fat, and in our traditional cauliflower casserole instead of canned soup (you know the brand). I use the low sodium broth and am happy to offer it as a very flavorful, healthy alternative for our family.

Mmmm! Organic broth to baste my organic turkey on Thanksgiving, make my fabulous gravy to go over the mashed potatoes, and of course to make the turkey soup with our leftovers! That's the way to stretch my dollars!!

Since I am intolerant to so many foods now, I use lots of this (and beef) broths to do all our cooking. I can't use much else. Pleased to have such a healthy alternative choice!

Besides using it for holiday cooking, I encourage my 22 year old to drink hot organic chicken broth in the morning to clear his throat and chest of build up. He works outside all day and when the temperature drops, he comes home unable to clear his throat and nose through the night as well as in the morning.

.....I buy organic free range low-sodium chicken broth all the time.....and really load up when it is on sale! I use it so many ways.... ...........*I use it to cook rice instead of using plain water, to add more flavor and protein.....still add my favorite seasonings like a crushed garlic clove ..........*when I cook a Southern favorite ~ chicken and rice (aka chicken bog) or any kind of chicken soup, I simmer the chicken in half chicken broth and half water instead of just water to add more depth of flavor and it gives the dish that "I've been cooking all day" flavor ..........*on really busy days with not much time and I have to use canned vegetables instead of fresh.....example: green beans, I will drain and rinse the green beans and replace the water with chicken broth....more flavor and less sodium.....still add the seasonings we like....black pepper, dried oregano, onion powder and/or garlic powder, etc..... ..........*when I want to lighten up or just have mashed potatoes with a different flavor, I will use chicken broth instead of milk or half broth/half milk....and/or less butter ..........*use chicken broth to cook any soup at all.....any type of bean soup, brocolli soup, etc .....making chicken broth just part of your liquid for cooking the soup really improves the flavor.....Big example: ramen noodle soup ~ after my children came home from college, I would throw out that "seasoning packet" and cook the noodles in chicken broth....did not have to waste the noodles, but much less sodium and junk from those seasoning packets ..........*gravy or sauce.....I always use it for my giblet gravy @ Thanksgiving and use it to make a light sauce anytime I saute any type of protein that I want a light sauce or gravy: such as boneless chicken breasts, country fried steak. or pork chops ..........*want to lighten up your greens? .....collard, turnip, kale, mustard greens....combination of these?....cook in chicken broth instead of adding that ham hock.....who am I kidding? :) ...... I just use a small ham hock instead of a large one when I use chicken broth to cook my greens! :) .........*if anyone in my family had a little tummy trouble and needed to eat very light for their first few meals, warmed chicken broth is a good, light choice and they still get some protein. This was good for even my cats! When I first chose to take Rocco and Raquel home from the pound (brother & sister) in 2005, I read about "colds" that most cats come home with....they loved low-sodium chicken broth that had been diluted with water (I wanted to lower the sodium even more for the cats) ..........*I have probably forgotten some ways that I use chicken broth, but I hope you can tell that I use it a lot! I have probably 10 quarts of broth in my pantry right now and I would be so excited to win a whole case! :) *

I use Imagine Chicken Broth when I cook my rice. It adds just enough flavor that we don't need to use butter or salt. I love making homemade soups in bulk and freezing them for cold winter nights. Free range is so important to me, in addition to being organic. I love this brand.

I sometimes cook with the broth but mostly I put it on my cats' food, actually every day. And they almost always eat everything thanks to the chicken broth.

Probably most of it will go as a base for soups, but some may find its way into a paella or other rice dish.
