I love mushroom risotto topped with shaving of parmesan cheese. Nothing makes the dish richer and more flavorful than using a high quality organic chicken broth. That's what I would use the chicken broth for if I won. Yum...talking about this makes me want to make some mushroom risotto right now :)

Would definitely be making some savory soups, but also would get to steaming veggies. Using broth as the simmering liquid below cauliflower infuses it with deliciousness that water cannot rival!

……I use Organic Free Range Low-Sodium Chicken Broth in so many things…. *use instead of water when cooking rice, more flavor & protein…..* when cooking canned vegetables such as green beans: drain the green beans and replace the water with broth, along with favorite seasonings… *when cooking chicken for chicken and rice (aka chicken bog) or chicken soup, I use half broth and half water instead of all water – gives it that “been cooking all day” flavor…..*to lighten up mashed potatoes, use some chicken broth instead of all milk & butter….*use it to make sauces or gravy to go over meats…. *to cook ramen noodles in when my children came home from college-threw away that seasoning packet and cooked them in broth, much healthier….*to add to any homemade soup such as bean or cream of broccoli….*when I brought my cats home from the shelter 5 years ago they had a “cold” which is common in shelters, gave them low-sodium chicken broth diluted with water to lower the sodium even more, they still love it!

I would love to make Spinach and Porcini Mushroom Risotto! I have never made risotto and would love to try it! I looked at the recipe and it doesn't seem too complicated. I would also like to make the Braised Greens with Onions. Our family loves greens (especially my boys).

We use imagine chicken broth in a lot of the dishes we make. If we had an entire case the possibilities are endless. I would make my chicken noodle soup, turkey sausage and butternut squash bisquit and gravy, rice, pasta, stuffing, gravy and many other allergy friendly foods for my family.

♥YEAR-ROUND USE! I use it to simmer turkey wings for my Stuffing & extra Gravy broth; Turkey Noodle Soup(soon) and all my other soups. I have a bunch of Carnival Squash to use up so I'll make a variety of squash soups using BROTHS as my liquid. Also use it for Quinoa & Rice cooking; I use it in all my creamed soups (instead of water or milk) And its very important ot have on hand when reheating left-overs as they usually need 'thinned' I COULDN'T LIVE WITH OUT MY BROTHS♥

When my sister was diagnosed with cancer and was on a restricted diet due to medication I used the organic vegetable broth in many of the dinners I made. Risotto with butternut squash was one of her favorites and it never felt that she was deprived.
