How about "Joyous Almond" for next December? Added to the granola, my special flavor would have toasted sliced almonds, mini dark chocolate chips, coconut, and a color splash of dried cherries!

I think I would make a savory granola. I don't really like sweet things so I would like something with toasted oatmeal, almond slices, chia seeds, toasted quinoa, freeze dried tomato and red pepper pieces and maybe some bacon bits. I would sprinkle it on top of scrambled eggs or buttered toast.

Well, gingerbread definitely sounds delicious, especially around this time of year, but I think I would also love a simple granola with pecans and currants or raisins, or for a more special taste, maybe some dried strawberries.
