Don’t these suppers look delicious?

Roasted Beef Tenderloin

Roasted Beef Tenderloin

Sip with: H&G Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. A limited edition! H&G stands for “Here & Gone” so get this wine from a prime appellation while you can!

Seared Sea Scallops with Broccoli Rabe and White Beans

Sip with: La Piuma Pecorino. A snappy, balanced and unique specialty from Italy’s eastern coast.

Rex GoliathFerrari-CaranoAnd if you’re looking for the perfect cheese pairings, look no further! I spent some time at Vermont Creamery this past summer and just can’t get enough of their soft and buttery Bijou made from goat’s milk. Extra good when paired with HRM Rex-Goliath Pinot Noir to elevate it’s nutty creaminess.

I’m also completely in lust with their Cremont, a double-cream wrinkled-rind beauty whose alluring texture brings out a hint of grapefruit in Ferrari Carano Fumé Blanc.

Great suggestions for new wines to try. We will be preparing Seared Sea Scallops for Christmas Eve so we will definitely try to pick up some La Piiuma Pecorino to enjoy with them. Thanks for sharing.

In the first pic, I'm fairly sure that's a pork tenderloin, not beef.
