My favorite way to enjoy greek yogurt is to use it in place of sour cream--it's fantastic in dips, dressings, as a topping for potatoes--and it gives you that extra boost of protein to keep you full longer!

LOVE plain low-fat greek yogurt on a bed of sliced mangoes and topped with chopped macadamia nuts! So delicious! Also, found this recipe (see below) that is extremely popular at potlucks and parties: Greek Yogurt & Cornflakes Tart 1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes (I use Nature's Path honey'd cornflakes) 1/3 c. organic pastured butter, meltede 3 T. coconut palm sugar (or any granulated sweetener) 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. water 1 1/4 c. plain Greek yogurt 1/2 c. organic milk 1/4 c. raw honey 1 t. vanilla extract 4 small oranges (or any fresh fruit) 1/4 c. fruit only orange marmalade (or any 100% fruit spread) 1. Preheat oven to 375. In a medium mixing bowl combine cornflakes, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 14x5x1 or 11x8x1-inch fluted tart pan (I didn't have one so just used a well-buttered casserole dish and it worked fine, did not stick). Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, Cool on a wire wrack. 2. Meanwhile, in a 1-cup glass measure sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand several minutes to soften. Microwave on high for 20 seconds or until gelatin is dissolved, stirring twice. In a large bowl wisk together yogurt, milk, honey and vanilla; whisk in dissolved gelatin. Pour mixture into prepared crust. Chill 4-24 hours. 3. Remove tart from pan; sprinkle any loose crust pieces on top. Arrange fresh fruit on top and drizzle with warmed fruit spread. Enjoy!

I absolutely LOVE this Wallaby Organic Greek Yogurt! I will never buy another brand. I cut up a large apple into small pieces and scoop three heaping spoonfuls of the plain yogurt on top and then mix all together. I enjoy with a few slices of quinoa bread for a satisfying breakfast.
