I like to strain Greek Yogurt in the fridge for a day or so and use it in place of cream cheese! All you do is put a few layers of cheesecloth inside of a fine mesh strainer basket. Place the basket over a deep bowl, and pour yogurt out into the strainer, cover it, and let the liquid drain for a day in the fridge. You get a yummy, thick, and creamy substitute for cream cheese, with less fat!

I use Greek yogurt in so many ways, that it's hard to say which is my favorite. I guess, though, if I had to say, it would be that I used plain Greek yogurt in place of sour cream on my baked potatoes. I also use it to feed my epileptic dog each morning because there is something about the fat content that works really well with his medication to keep the seizures at bay.
