Truthfully, my favorite way to eat Greek yogurt is just by itself--so rich, so satisfying! Of course, it's hard to go wrong with any kind of fresh fruit or a handful of almonds or pistachios, too.

Always in my fridge I keep plain and simple low-fat Wallaby Greek Yogurt--the way it should be. I have not yet come across a Greek yogurt that I enjoy as much as this one! It is phenomenal in smoothies, as a thick "milk" base for cereals.

My favorite way to enjoy "Greek " (really Middle Eastern) yogurt is in a delicious yogurt cucumber salad. It is a recipe handed down through generations. The ingredients are plain yogurt (originally whole milk, hence the "Greek" consistency/style), cucumbers, mashed garlic clove, a touch of salt, and dried crushed mint flakes! It is the most delicious salad. It accompanies lamb, pork, beef, and chicken. It is cool, and refreshing and made with "clean" healthy ingredients! Try the recipe, you'll love it!

I started a diet plan on 1/1/2012 which included a cup of nonfat Greek yogurt everyday for breakfast. I'd never tried the Greek style, and I'll never go back! It's like fruit pudding for breakfast, and even after a year, I'm not tired of it! In addition to right out of the carton for breakfast, I also enjoy stirring it up to pour over fresh fruit, or topping with granola and fresh fruit for a healthy parfait. The plain Greek-style makes a fine substitute for sour cream, in cooking and baking, and has become an important staple in my refrigerator. I lost 54 pounds last year, thanks in a big way to how versatile Greek yogurt can be. I love it!

Wallaby is amazing!!! I like to pair the greek yogurt with one with one of their traditional strawberry yogurts for lunch. That way I can maximize the honey and awesome flavor by drizzling it on both yogurts.
