I grew up using sour cream spread on a slice of toast. Now I can replace the sour cream with the Wallaby Greek yogurt for a healthier breakfast.. For an evening snack I also use frozen berries mixed with the yogurt for a delicious and cool snack.

In my breakfast cereal bowl: - a big blob of Greek yoghurt - about a half cup of good oat-based granola with almonds - 6 or 7 fresh strawberries, sliced into small-ish pieces - generous amount of genuine Vermont maple syrup Stir everything together and let it sit while you shower and dress so the granola softens a bit. Eat. Heaven. It will keep you satisfied till teatime.
