The following recipe is my effort at recreating some fantastic dill potato salad I bought many times at Whole Foods in Palo Alto. Dice red potatos and boil them until soft. Mix in the mayonnaise and sour cream. Add diced Vidalia onion. And now here comes the star: pick fresh dill (I'm fortunate to have a big supply) and mince on a plate then mix into potatos, etc. Make sure the salad's well chilled before serving. And thank you, Whole Foods.
