We have an 8 year old w/ Aspergers and ADHD so anything we can purchase without additives or "white foods" (bleached flours and sugars)... As natural and whole as possible is always good for snacking.

Fruits, fruits, fruits!!! Depending on the season, but usually grapes, apples, and Clementine's. I also snack on almonds. However, my favorite snack is a trail mix of raisins, nuts and M&M's!!

I am snacking on some home-made beef jerky while writing my final. Spiced up with fresh ground pepper, Himalayan pink salt, curry, chili powder, onion powder, and red wine vinegar. I commonly mix this with some assorted raisins and almonds/walnuts.

I LOVE snacking on Barbara Bars Wheat Free Fig Bars! They are so sweet and delicious! And the even cooler thing? They are fat free! Yummy!
