A few hours ago, I had a 365 brand taco shell, broken into two flat halves. I spread refried beans on it and heated in my tiny 'oven'(A covered pan on a hotplate.) Simple and perfect!

I'm snacking on NOTHING! Since I don't feel I make smart choices about what to eat if I get the urge for a snack I don't grab one because I never include "snacks"in my shopping list. I love Whole Foods and thank god they accept Food Stamps but I just go in there grab some meat and I ask no questions;maybe I shouls but I'm too shy:)

It's after 4am and I'm having a small banana and water. I am a HUGE fan of Jim Brickman and saw these bags at his concert after the show last Tuesday and left without getting one... I try to snack on fruits, mixed nuts and I love my double fiber bread toasted dark in the morning. Happy Holidays!

Depends on the day and what's in the house. Chips/Salsa, Brie/Apples, my son's cinnamon alphabet cookies... So many possibilities. :)

I take healthy snacks to work. There is a refrigerator so I bring several containers of Hummus and a stock of celery. I love it together. Very refreshing. Sylvia Wood

Like Clare, I also like to homemake as many of my snacks as possible. I've got a good recipe for whole wheat cracker. Smeared with a little peanut butter, it is a great snack that gives me a little energy too! When I need a sweet fix, I make a batch of the flourless brownies with black beans from Whole Foods' recipe page. My boyfriend won't eat them, soo more for me! :) Aaron's beef jerky sounds soo good!

Tart dried cherries with almonds make for snacking heaven. And if I'm in the mood, I throw in some dark chocolate or carob chips. Mmm.

I'm snacking on my "go to" snack for when I don't have time for a sit down breakfast: walnuts with dates and craisins. The kids are snacking with me too! murphykatt(at)yahoo(dot)com

I make a mean "Whole Meal" Muffin with bananas, zucchini, walnuts and raisins. I usually make them in big batches, freeze some for later and keep some out for a quick snack. When I run out, or can't make them, I snack old-school style, raisins, apples and bananas (peeled from bottom!). They even come with edible & natural wrappers!

Nothing beats a handful of sweet and tart dried cranberries when my sweet tooth kicks in. I always have reduced-fat string cheese on hand as well, it gives me the energy i need right before a work-out.

We have an 8 year old w/ Aspergers and ADHD so anything we can purchase without additives or "white foods" (bleached flours and sugars)... As natural and whole as possible is always good for snacking.

I snack on pecans and almonds! My healthy friend just told me about soaking the nuts first and then baking them at low heat till dry. Really brings out the yummy rich nuttiness!

My favorite snacks are 365 Brand Veggie chips with hummus. Some other yummy things to accompany hummus are celery sticks or Whole Foods homemade pita chips. It always yummy to grab a nice piece of fresh fruit from Whole Foods. I have never been disappointed.
