I love to pick up many items in my Whole Foods bag, which I got at a Jim Brickman, 'Beautiful World" concert recently! I come home, listen to Jim Brickman's Grammy nominated, FAITH, CD while snacking on almonds, dried cranberries, PopChips or the whim-of-the-day. Hmm, Jim Brickman and Whole Foods do make a 'beautiful world' = my world!!:)

I like frozen grapes. You pop them in the freezer and when you want them just take them out, and they are great frozen, or they stay cool all day to take with you.

Have you every tried Green Tea with Jasmine Tea? I have an electric tea pot at work that I put one Green Tea bag and one Jasmine Tea bag in it and it makes about 3 mugs of tea. I found that Jasmine Tea is a little to strong be itself.

This is awesome!!! I got to see Jim Brickman a few years ago on his Christmas tour. ONe of the best concerts I have ever been to. I love that Jim supports Whole Foods. This was a great blog!! Yah!

I am snacking on some "trial mix", homemade is better. Prepare good old raisins, cranberries, cashews, almonds, banana chips, pretzels and little bit of chocolate chips just mixed together and put it in a small bag and bring with everywhere. If I want to make more little more sweet, put all the nuts in a pan and toast it little bit, and put some of honey on it.

I love Jim Brickman and Whole Foods! I have recently started to eat mostly raw during the day. Raw pecans and dates eaten together are a special treat for me. I've also started eating Lara Bars, which are mostly raw, if I'm having a busy week. Of course, the Fuji Apples at Whole Foods are the best on the go snack, especially if you add some almond butter. Yum.

I am snacking on Persinnamon - a quick bread made with persimmons, walnuts and cinnamon. Persimmons are in season this time of year and look like tomatoes that don't turn to mush too quickly.

It's been a snacking kind of day for me. Breakfast: Banana, peanut butter, Sunspire grain-sweetened chocolate chips and decaf coffee. Lunch: Avalon bakery multigrain bread with cream cheese and St. Dalfour's Black Cherry fruit preserves.

I often for a treat go to whole foods and find fun and wholesome food. Hummus and organic crackers, prepared crudites, the best cookies and chocolates. The already prepared foods have saved me several times when unexpected events make it unable for me to cook, like my broken hand. Thanks so much

I am snacking on apples and baked sweet potatoes because I have started a heart healthy routine. I put walnuts, raisins and cinnamon on my sweet potatoes. Or I cut the sweet potatoes in strips and bake them with olive oil and cinnamon.
