I love the organic kale as I know it's high in calcium. I make a shake almost every morning with it, spring water, Tahini butter and some organic fruit (from whole foods) to strengthen my bones as I have osteopenia.

Buying whole trade products helps me feel more connected to all humanity. This world isn't such a big place and we all have a responsibility to it in each and every way.

I look to Whole Foods for their commitment to support the Whole Trade program. This commitment supports families, working farmers and small businesses world wide. When I shop, I look for my favorite chocolate bar and of course, a little spring color this winter…roses! I,also, look for the Whole Trade Bath & Body products that fell good and safe on my family’s skin. Santa Fe, NM is my favorite store.

I found it interesting to read the stories of the Whole Trade vendors, learning more about the products I've purchased and how they started and continue to prosper. I'm happy that Whole Foods gives us an opportunity to obtain these items. Thank you!

My favorite Whole Trade product is the EDS moisturizing conditioner. It makes my hair look so lustrous and soft and is made for individuals who care about the environment and by individuals who care about other individuals and make terrific products.

I "feel good" when purchasing products that I know helps others earn an honest living and uses their local resources. Especially products with ingredients that I like to use and that I can identify. My rule of thumb, purchase products with 6-8 ingredients that I can read and identify... thus it is a "WHOLE FOOD"...

I am a avid user of Shea. I have used it for years and find it something I don't want to live without. I understand that the US is trying to stop the imports of products, but...many that we import like shea is far superior to that here. I also feel that whole trade helps developing countries feel the importance of growing a product that helps them to be self sustaining. Rather than giving money to a developing country, isn't it more productive to buy what they grow, as opposed to charity. I would assume they would have pride to know they have succeeded in a successful business venture than to just take charity.

When you put stuff in your body and you know it where it came from and that no one was abused in the production of it. It just feels right and we should all do right in order to feel right!

I purchase fair trade because it is important to purchase products made by workers who not only receive fair pay for their labor, but also use environmentally sustainable and community friendly agricultural methods.
