@pat Personally, I think of recipes as road maps - they are guides that help lead you to your final destination, but you decide the exact path you take. Okay, that was kind of cheesey - but yes, feel free to experiment with what you've got and let us know how it turns out!

Just bought salmon, but it was the "other kind", sooo, I'm rushing right out to buy the copper river salmon and try this recipe. Needless to say, I will find some other great things at our newest Whole Foods in Pasadena. It is a dream. I could spend the whole day there! Loved your video, simple and easy to follow. No need to smother a great fish like this in butter. Just grill it simply and enjoy. Save the butter for Atlantic salmon or other cheaper fish.
