A good balanced breakfast is really key in set the metabolism right for the day. From there if you keep your body balanced allot of the need for a vitamin will go away. To many people start their day with coffee and then crash mid morning and reach for quick sugars as a way to re-elevate.

My kids definitely need to be taking a multivitamin. They will be eating in the cafeteria at school most days and I never know what kind of junk they are eating. Thanks!

If you can get your kids to go for a liquid multi, it works well. We put ours in juice and they have become very use to the flavor. I notice an increase in their staying power through out the day!

We were guided by our doctor to a multi-vitamin for the kids. Not sure if it affects their energy level or not, but I do feel good giving them this supplement.

Natural vitamins, in my opinion are the best way to reach peak nutritional values. Juices and vegetables are the fantastic sources.

Glad to see Whole Foods putting this series out. I think it is important to give kids Omega 3, perhaps even more so then a standard multi. It really helps with brain function and development.

Vitamins are great for all ages. When we age we need the supplementation, and in the formative years it is vital as well.

Believe it or not, we are able to mix our liquid multi into our kids milk and they are very use to the flavor now. It feels good to know they are getting their daily needs met nutritionally.

Omegas are great building blocks for a childs cognitive functioning. I have started taking them myself, but perhaps the damage is already done... I don't notice any super powers thus far :)
