Grill a bunch of vegetables (asparagus, summer squash, eggplants all good) and about a pound of halved plum tomatoes (all brushed with a balsamic viniagrette before grilling). cut veggies into bite-sized pieces and crush tomatoes in a bowl with salt and lots of fresh basil. mix it all up with penne pasta and crumbled goat cheese. the heat of the pasta and veggies turns the goat cheese into a creamy sauce with the crushed tomatoes. Yum!

I've only just started eating goat cheese and love it. So light and fluffy. I like to spread a spicy chutney or baba ganoush on crispbread, then sprinkle goat cheese on top. Great snack between meals.

Crumble an ounce or two of goat cheese over a pizza crust spread with mixed-olive tapenade. Top with mozzarella, a little parmesan, sliced zucchini and halved grape tomatoes, and bake. Serve drizzled with pesto. You can also top small cooked potatoes with goat cheese, tapenade and pesto for a wheat-free side dish or appetizer.

The other night I wanted a bit of dessert for my husband and I while we watched a movie, so I sliced some fresh organic strawberries, added a touch of raw sugar, only because these are a bit early and not as sweet as local, let it sit for 15 minutes or so, then topped with some plain, crumbles of goat cheese. I served with a few pieces of the Green & Black Organic 70 or 85% dark chocolate. We loved it!!! Easy and healthy and looks pretty too! It's also GF!

Hi there, Yesterday, I bought a goat cheese topped with cherry chutney that one of the Richmond Whole Foods chefs made. I served it with crackers at a little get-together last night and it was devoured! Absolutely lovely and delicious! and really beautiful! The cherries jubilee at the Richmond store yesterday was really nice! The cherry cobbler was amazing! Thanks!
