Frozen berries as a snack is awesome! Way more satisfying than a candy bar... Raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries, rinse and dry by setting them on paper towels, quarter the strawberries, place fruit in several plastic containers (I use 8/ 1.25 cup rubber maid containers) and put them in the freezer, enjoy frozen or thaw them as needed. Putting them in individual containers helps to make healthy snacking easy and convenient and you only have to make them one time a week :)

My favorite snack is something that I don't have to make myself which of course makes life very difficult for someone like me who wants to eat healthy. In desperation I'll even eat straight out of the peanut butter jar but when I'm not crazy busy (something that's not so common nowadays) I love making my famous oatmeal cookies. Now that's a snack!
