Home-made zucchini bran bread! So moist and it's slightly sweet. Made with white flour, whole wheat flour and bran. Spread with peanut butter for some added protein. My 2 year old LOVES this bread! My recipe makes 2 loaves, one for now and one for the freezer!

Whole foods Garlic Hummus spread on 365 Organic whole wheat tortillas with roasted turkey breast and veggies -- red peppers, artichoke hearts, sprouts, avocado, even a few black olives...rolled and cut in pinwheels -- takes 2 minutes to prepare and everyone in the house loves them (even the dog)!

Cannot beat ants in a log. You can do it many ways: - Classic: celery with ANY nut butter and Raisins - Twists: Use a carrot, pretzel stick or dried grit strips as logs and dried cranberries, cherries, or nuts as ants! No utensils required to eat. And kids will love being a part of making them. Which is important in raising healthy eaters and little cooks!

I love to pack the organic dates from whole foods for a quick snack on the go, they are very nutritious. Their dark chocolate covered walnuts are also a delicious treat, and super easy for travel.

Our boys are in a phase where they're asking for fruit salad as a snack. I cut up a variety of fresh fruit that we have on hand and stir in some shredded coconut.

I grew up in a household where meals did not mean much--my family are snackers and grazers. Snacking has become an artform! My favorites are: brie and strawberries, carrots and hummus, falafel, pecans, almonds, dried fruit, raspberries and greek yogurt, and cucumber and tomato salad. :) Yummy!

I love tea sandwiches made with Earth Grains wheat berry bread with honey that have organic avocado and hummus for the filling. Add a cup of your favorite tea, late in the afternoon, and you will feel refreshed and awakened!
