y ealthy lunch snack is one that is really quite simple, yet all thekids love them. It is mini peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. This is very healthy if you use all natuarl peanut butter & whole wheat sandwich bread.

I make my own trail mix with raw almonds, goji berries, cacao nibs, and bee pollen. It is a terrific energizer! Sometimes I add pecans or sunflower seeds too

I love hummus with raw veggies and my son and I both love peanut butter with honey. It's especially good as a dip for apple or banana slices and celery sticks.

Simple, healthy and yummy trail mix: mix roasted almonds with dried cherries, pumpkin seeds and pieces of darkest (low sugar) chocolate. Any kind of nuts & dried fruit will do, but this is my favorite.

My favorite the Edammame with balsamic vinegar, tomatoes, cucumbers. I loved the chocolate dip they had at the farmers market in Hartford last week, along with the chips. Anything gluten and dairy free makes me happy and everything is so healthy!!!!!

My kids love pinwheels! Spinach wrap, thin spread of low fat cream cheese, with avocado and turkey. Roll and slice into pinwheels -- pair these with a small cup of vanilla greek yogurt and a couple of strawberries or handful of grapes -- Viol'a --lunch!

We love plain Greek yogurt with blueberries, strawberries or raspberries and a little maple syrup. We buy the berries when they're in season, then freeze them to enjoy all winter!
