I was really impressed with the story of the people towels--so much so that I ordered my 5 day supply which will become part of my luck bag when I return to work on the 19tb! I also ordered a reusable lunch tote ad containers to save on no using plastic bags that do not degrade.

My favorite snack is really snacks such as nuts, cheese and crackers (365 of course), Cliff energy bar, and bottle of 365 Electrolyte water. What a way to go...yumm...

Assortment is the key, a piece of cheese, grape tomatoes, celery or bell pepper strips with hummus, crackers or a piece of good bread, maybe a hard boiled egg or peanut butter and apple. Small amounts of many things adds interest and feels like a meal.

I love wrapping tuna fish in either lettuce or stuffing it in a bell pepper, instead of bread. It's healthy and yummy to use a vegetable as a wrapper and it tastes great - try it!

Favorite snacks: cashew butter on celery (+raisins/currants for those not having to watch their sugar), White bean hummus scooped up by organic multigrain chips or brown rice crackers, homemade sourdough crackers, or ungrain crackers. On the go: organic trail mix, no peanuts. Get creative and stay healthy!

Cheese and fruit of the season: for example, figs/marscopone, apples/cheddar, pears/bleu, peaches/brie, mango/yogurt. Another favorite is a smoothy made with fresh/frozen fruit, fresh fruit juice, yogurt/milk, protien powder. Again use what's in season and if possible freeze them in advance. Otherwise for convenience frozen fruit is good too.
