Cheese and fruit of the season: for example, figs/marscopone, apples/cheddar, pears/bleu, peaches/brie, mango/yogurt. Another favorite is a smoothy made with fresh/frozen fruit, fresh fruit juice, yogurt/milk, protien powder. Again use what's in season and if possible freeze them in advance. Otherwise for convenience frozen fruit is good too.

I usually make a sandwich...made with natural choice cooked ham, romaine lettuce, slices of green bell pepper, cut up pepperoncini peppers, muenster cheese, some mayo and mustard. Thats my gourmet snack. ALWAYS fresh fruit as a snack as well for when I'm on the go.

Favorite snacks: cashew butter on celery (+raisins/currants for those not having to watch their sugar), White bean hummus scooped up by organic multigrain chips or brown rice crackers, homemade sourdough crackers, or ungrain crackers. On the go: organic trail mix, no peanuts. Get creative and stay healthy!
