Frozen berries as a snack is awesome! Way more satisfying than a candy bar... Raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries, rinse and dry by setting them on paper towels, quarter the strawberries, place fruit in several plastic containers (I use 8/ 1.25 cup rubber maid containers) and put them in the freezer, enjoy frozen or thaw them as needed. Putting them in individual containers helps to make healthy snacking easy and convenient and you only have to make them one time a week :)

I love peanut butter on apple slices. For my kids, I often make a big bowl of air-popped popcorn, drizzle it with olive oil and little melted butter, then add salt and nutritional yeast. It goes pretty fast!
