Whole wheat tortillas sprinkled with cinnamon, cut them into triangles then bake them till they become crispy. Dip them in: Fruit salsa ... I let my kids pick out the fruit they want, then i cut it into small pieces and drizzle it with lime juice and honey.

Here at my house we love graham crackers --the honey grahams, and also the cinnamon grahams. Sometimes I break them into bite-sized pieces and add raisins,chocolate chips, and nuts. The graham crackers are very wholesome and the possibilities are endless!

My fave new healthy recipe is a Claire robinson recipe. You slice ripe bananas, freeze them, then puree them in a food processor and add a dot of honey and peanut butter. It is somehow the texture of delicious ice cream but with no dairy and almost all fruit!

My favorite snack: I would have to say any type of fruit. For some reason I like to add chocolate to it even though it's not healthy but it sure tastes good.

One of my favorite snacks, especially during the fall, is a special apple dip that I make. I mix about a cup of plai or vanilla greek yogurt with a few tablespoons 1/3 less fat cream cheese. I also mix in a few tablespoons of peanut or almond butter and some caramel. The I finish it off with a dash of cinnamon!

I just made my new favorite snack tonight - raw almonds, tossed with a little bit of oil, and spices/flavorings (salt, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and ground clove), and toasted briefly in the oven until browned. Delicious!

I like to make extra grilled thin french bread toasted with a little olive oil. When cooled top with any spreadable herb cheese and top with roasted red pepper strips and kalamata olives. Wrapped in foil the bread stays crunchy and then top as you go. Any leftover bread can be made into croutons

our family favorite healthy snack is a fruit smoothie! Add some water, lots of kale and spinach mixed into blender with fresh or frozen blueberries, pineapple, and some fresh banana and boy do you have an energy boost with 2 fresh servings of leafy greens and lots of yummy fruit! Chia seeds add some texture and some crunch and help fend off hunger.

I like to make homemade baked granola and then mix plain yogurt. Sometimes I add fresh fruit or dried fruit depending on the season, sprinkle some chopped nuts and drizzle a little honey or agave syrup.
